It is vital for our customers to achieve a successful outcome in all the projects
with which we are involved. For this reason we prefer to be involved throughout
the project - from initial brainstorming of ways to meet our customer's requirements
right through to demonstrating the success of the installed solution by measuring
key parameters at the beginning and at the end of the project. We also recognise
the need to maintain the improved performance after project completion and will
therefore propose tailor-made service contracts to meet our customers' needs.
We have a number of service contracts ranging from one or two planned visits
per year through to providing 24hr/day, 7 day/week emergency call-out cover. When
a customer requires full time service cover in an area where we do not already
have engineering cover, our policy is to locate a new engineer close to the customer.
On large planned maintenance contracts we use sub-contractors who are trained
and experienced in our equipment and service work.
We are well aware of the ever-increasing safety requirements from our customers.
All our engineering personnel carry the Client/Contractor National Safety Group
safety passports and are also regularly updated on safety aspects of their work.
